- Go ahead and book your Initial Discovery Call with our Client Director, Rachel. She will listen and learn about your business and the type(s) of service you are looking for to see if we would be a good fit.
- Securely upload requested documents to our Client Center.
- Go through your customized service proposal in a second meeting with Rachel. Here you will see how our services apply to you, ask questions, and hopefully gather all the information you need to make a decision.

We use a variety of tools to help us work with you collaboratively throughout the year such as Quickbooks Online, email, Loom, Zoom, and our Client Center.
We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online, and we specialize in optimizing it’s usage to your unique business. We also tailor it to varying degrees of complexity depending on your goals and offer insight into the best setup to extract additional information easily in the future, even if you are not ready for it now. QuickBooks Online is cloud-based, which allows us seamless access to your bookkeeping so when you have a question or concern, you get a fast response.
We communicate heavily using email and schedule several strategically pre-planned emails that will help you maintain a beautiful accounting system year-round. We are most proud of our Tax Readiness Shortlist email that is sent out in late January which outlines all documents we are expecting from you in order to prepare your tax return.
Loom is our life-changing screen recording tool. You will receive clear guidance as we walk you through the answer to your question. The best part is you can rewatch it over and over again! Gone are the days of receiving verbal feedback that all too soon gets forgotten.
We utilize Zoom for all of our training and most meetings. It is easy to schedule too! Just find the link in our email signatures to schedule time directly with your tax advisor or bookkeeper.
For exchanging documents, we use our secure Client Center. This will also allow you access to your historical tax related documents whenever you need.
Oftentimes, clients come to us and are accustomed to feeling like a burden with their tax questions that seem to fall low on the priority list. We want to change that experience.
For your first meeting, you will receive a specific scheduling link which allows you to choose times convenient for both you and your Advisor.
After your initial meeting, you may continue to work with your Advisor via emails, phone calls, or a scheduled virtual meetings. Use the link in your Advisor’s email signature when you need to meet with them again for an efficient scheduling experience.
We love accounting so you don’t have to! Whether you are looking for assistance and guidance in managing your books on a periodic basis, or looking to fully outsource your bookkeeping, we have a solution for you.
Our bookkeeping service levels have pre-planned touch points throughout the year which will have been discussed with your tailored service proposal.
Most of our clients are pleasantly surprised that we are usually the ones initiating contact with them, rather than the other way around.
Should there be a time where you have additional questions or changes with your business, we encourage you to reach out via email, and if there is a need for a phone call or virtual meeting it will be scheduled directly. Otherwise, our screen recording tool is able to efficiently communicate the answers you seek.
Tax season should not be a headache and neither should working with your tax preparer.
We meet with you October-December for a fourth quarter “No Surprises” tax planning session. We will look for ways to help you reduce your tax liability and adjust your 4th quarter estimated tax payment accordingly. At the very least, you will come out of the meeting knowing how much you have left to pay, if any, in taxes by April 15th. That knowledge alone is so valuable as you will have more than 4 months to come up with the cash needed instead of the nasty surprise when you go to file your tax return in April and are now scrambling. It is the proactive heads up we all want to know!
In late January, expect an email with the subject: Tax Readiness Shortlist that outlines only the documents we need from you in order to begin preparing your return. No more wondering if this or that applies to you, we tell you directly and clearly what we need.
All of your tax related items can be securely uploaded to us via our Client Center, and once it is time to review and sign your returns we will deliver them to you electronically to e-sign from there too.

We work with our clients remotely so no matter where you are, or where we are, we can help.
That being said, we do have a physical office space which we work out of and can use if there becomes a need to meet in person.
